Rule 23 be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 136(TRA) "An Act                                                                     
relating to motor vehicle franchises, motor vehicle dealers, motor                                                              
vehicle manufacturers, and motor vehicle distributors" for a State                                                              
Affairs Committee meeting on April 13. Without objection, it was so                                                             
ordered.
